RODER SRL was founded in 1991 as a small but dynamic business operating in the design and construction of special systems for industry, and is today an established name among the manufacturers of measuring machines and data acquisition systems, able to deliver, with great consistency, innovative technology that keeps pace with the times.

Processing of personal data “Privacy Law”
Dear Customer,
pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), which replaced law no. 675/1996, the processing of the information concerning you will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and of protection of your privacy and your rights.
Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (formerly art. 10 of law 675/1996) of the aforementioned law, we therefore provide you with the following information:
The data you voluntarily provide will be processed, within the limits of privacy legislation, for the following purposes:
a) invoicing and archiving of customer data necessary both for contractual obligations and for legal and tax obligations, as well as to allow effective management of financial and commercial relations.
b) promotional communications, marketing activities with the sending of newsletters by electronic mail (e-mail).
The processing will be carried out by paper and/or computerised means. In any case the processing takes place using logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above. The provision of data relating to first name, surname, address, tax code/VAT number, telephone number and e-mail address is compulsory, in order to be able to offer you the consultancy and/or support service or the services you have requested. Any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure to perform, or partial performance of, the service provided by RODER SRL.
Personal data will not be used for sending advertising material, promotions and the like, without the prior express consent of the data subject for such purposes. We inform you that personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing state of health and sexual life, and those relating to health, are considered sensitive data; the data requested are exclusively those necessary for the proper conduct of contractual relations with the user.
No sensitive or judicial data is therefore ever requested. Should you voluntarily provide such data, it will not be processed without your express written consent.
The data controller is RODER SRL, in the person of Gosmar Maurizio Lorenzo, sole director of the company.
The processing of the data takes place at the company’s premises and is handled only by the personnel appointed to do so.
Your data will not be disseminated, that term meaning making it known to unspecified parties, in any way, including by making it available or open to consultation.
Your data may instead be communicated by us to one or more parties on the following terms:
a) to persons appointed within our company to process your data.
b) to parties who may access your data by virtue of provisions of law, regulation or European Union legislation, within the limits laid down by those rules.
