Ses caract\u00e9ristiques \u2014 fr\u00e9quence, diam\u00e8tre de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment actif, pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une ligne \u00e0 retard, nombre de cristaux \u2014 d\u00e9terminent quelles \u00e9paisseurs on peut mesurer, avec quelle r\u00e9solution et sur quelles surfaces. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re distinction est entre les sondes \u00e0 double et \u00e0 simple cristal. Les premi\u00e8res ont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e9metteur et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment r\u00e9cepteur s\u00e9par\u00e9s, tol\u00e8rent les surfaces irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res et corrod\u00e9es et sont le standard pour la mesure de corrosion.
